Ceramics & Pottery
I make functional ceramics with an eye to unique surfaces. My work incorporates multiple techniques: slips, underglazes, transfers, and faceting so that I can fully explore the possibility of the clay. I'm forever interested in the layering of different techniques and experimenting on different clay bodies. Most of my work is designed with the dinner table in mind, and it makes me happy to think of my pots bringing a little beauty into daily life.
